On 18 May, Wuhan Z-Bank, the first private bank in Wubei province, was officially inaugurated to become the 12th private bank in China. Zall Holdings is the main promoter and the largest shareholder.
On 11 October, Zall Group announced to acquire Huasuhui (化塑汇), a leading industrial e-commerce platform for chemical and plastics raw materials. The acquisition expands Zall’s customer base for transactions and further enlarges the scale of supply chain transactions

Merchants from Haining, Zhejiang Province, ‘the home of Chinese leather’, formed a group in the Haining Leather Mall (海宁皮革城) in North Hankou.
Zall Holdings acquired a Hong Kong listed company which principle activities are operation of ports and was the biggest shareholder in WIT Port. North Hankou was supported by the logistics provided by Multi-Purpose Port.

The North Hankou International Trade Centre and Primary City for Wholesale project (“汉口北国际商品交易中心暨批发第一城”) was included in the Report on the Work Progress of Hubei Province (《湖北省正度工作报告》) at the second meeting of the Eleventh Session of the Hubei Provincial People’s Congress (湖北省第十一届人民代表大会). The project had twice previously been included in the Report on the Work of the Government of Wuhan (《武汉市政府工作报告》).
